I am testing Kona coffee direct from a coffee farm in Hawaii today. Yes, it is spendy and I haven’t offered it yet, but will if you indicate the need. The experience is pleasant with a hint of grapefruit, medium body, and balanced.

I am sipping a cup of Costa Rica before I step out the door for the Farmer’s Market today. It is a bright and brisk coffee with good balance. Enjoy it with fresh fruit such as mangos and blueberries. Yum…

he tourists are back! Do you live in an area where the population swells during your popular season? We live in a beautiful part of the country 30 miles from Glacier National Park. Yes, the traffic is bumper to bumper, restaurants have waiting lines, hotels/resorts are filled to capacity, and the hot spots are busy. I have lived most of my life in a resort/tourist area and had a love/hate relationship with the benefits and disadvantages of tourists.

I am thrilled to tell you that Kenya is back! This crop has mandarin orange flavor, syrupy body, less acidity, and round balance. I would suggest trying this with a splash of your orange syrup or orange juice for a truly flavored coffee. This cup pairs beautifully with fresh carrot cake. What a way to start the day!
