What do wine and coffee have in common? How are they different? Why the frenzy surrounding these two beverages? Have they been elevated to be the “chic” and trendy drinks?
I believe you can drink a single origin coffee and be able to reasonably determine what part of the world it is from. Same thing with wine. So, climate, soil, growing conditions, elevation, processing, packaging, and blending play a part in the final taste in the cup. Enjoy!
