Work Flow

You are busy with many peopled lined up for their favorite drinks. One of the best methods for efficiency in work flow is to have two baristas working during the busy hours with one person at the espresso machine and the other person taking orders, getting cups ready with flavors, and taking money.
This takes practice and is also an effective procedure to incorporate training newer employees by working with seasoned baristas.
I like to think of this as learning to “dance” well together.
